designs.jpsjewels.com is owned and operated by JPS Jewels, a proprietorship registered in Surat, Gujarat, India (GSTIN: 24BMPPG0740R1ZO). This website sells downloadable jewellery CAD design files. By accessing this website or purchasing from it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Eligibility & Your Account

• You must be of legal age to form a binding contract and must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You may not transfer or assign your account to another person.
• We may refuse service, suspend, or close accounts at our discretion where misuse, fraud, or a breach of these terms is suspected.

Orders & Payment

• Customers must provide correct billing and contact details; the download link is delivered against the email provided at checkout.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our authorized payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
• Prices are set in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice until an order is confirmed. We may correct pricing errors caused by system issues.
• For international customers, prices may be displayed in US Dollars (USD) for reference using an indicative conversion rate. All payments are processed in INR; your card issuer or bank performs the currency conversion at its own rate, and any foreign-exchange fees are borne by the customer.
• We serve customers worldwide. As all products are digital downloads, no customs duties or import restrictions apply.

Digital Product & License

• Design previews (images/videos) are for representation; the delivered product is the CAD design file described on the product page.
• Purchased files are licensed for the purchasing customer's use only. Resale, copying, redistribution, sharing, or sub-licensing of design files is prohibited.
• JPS Jewels owns all designs and intellectual property on this website unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Prohibited Conduct

• Misuse of this website, fraudulent payment, chargeback abuse, and unauthorized use of payment instruments are prohibited and will be reported to payment providers and authorities.

Payment Integrity, Source of Funds & Buyer Responsibility

• By placing an order and making a payment, you represent and warrant that the funds and payment instrument used are lawfully yours or that you are duly authorized to use them, and that the money originates from a legitimate, legal source.
• You must not purchase on this website using fraudulent, stolen, unauthorized, illegal, gambling/betting, or otherwise unlawful funds or payment instruments, or funds arising from money laundering or any activity prohibited by law. If your payment is not legitimate, please do not make the purchase.
• If you knowingly transact using illegitimate, unauthorized, or unlawful funds, you do so deliberately and at your own risk, and it will be treated as an intentional act by you — including any act intended to harm, entrap, or damage JPS Jewels or the credit standing of its bank accounts. JPS Jewels has no involvement, knowledge, or hand in the source of any customer's payment.
• This is a worldwide website; any person from any country may browse and purchase our digital designs. We do not and cannot know who makes a payment, from where, or at what time. We therefore permit purchases in good faith. If any person transfers illegitimate, disputed, or unlawful funds, the entire responsibility rests solely with the person making that payment, and not with JPS Jewels.
• The person who made a payment is obliged to furnish, on request by JPS Jewels, a bank, a payment provider, or any lawful authority, complete details of that payment — including who made it and its source. Once such details are requested, providing them is the payer's responsibility; JPS Jewels bears no further responsibility or liability in the matter.
• You agree to indemnify and hold JPS Jewels harmless against any claim, loss, penalty, or dispute arising from a payment you made. All liability for a payment lies with the payer, not with JPS Jewels.
• In the event of any dispute, chargeback, complaint, or investigation — whether raised by a payment gateway, a bank, an officer, or any other person or authority — the entire responsibility and any resulting penalty, fine, or charge shall be borne solely by the person who made the payment, and not by JPS Jewels.
• JPS Jewels' only obligation in such a case is to share the payment and customer information available with us — such as the customer's name, email, phone number, order details, and payment reference. Beyond providing these details, JPS Jewels has no responsibility. The payment gateway or the disputing party must deal directly with the person who made the payment.
• You confirm that all details you provide at checkout (name, email, phone, and any other information) are true and correct. As payments cannot ordinarily be completed with false details, JPS Jewels processes every order in good faith relying on the details provided by the customer, and is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or false details supplied by the customer.

Delivery

• Delivery is digital-only via secure download link, as described in our Delivery Policy. Nothing is physically shipped.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

• Occasionally there may be information on the website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, previews, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information, or cancel orders, at any time without prior notice, even after an order has been submitted.

Third-Party Tools & Links

• The website may use third-party tools and services (for example, payment gateways and analytics) provided on an "as is" basis, and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

While we take care to produce accurate, production-ready CAD files, we do not warrant that a design will be error-free or suitable for every manufacturing process; customers should review previews and specifications before purchase.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, JPS Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the design giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless JPS Jewels and its proprietor from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website or a design, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

• These terms remain in effect while you use the website. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, payment integrity, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

Severability, Waiver & Entire Agreement

• If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JPS Jewels. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours.

Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
