- All products on this website are downloadable digital files. Nothing is physically shipped.
- After successful payment, a secure download link is provided instantly on the payment confirmation page.
- The download link allows a limited number of downloads over a limited validity period, tied to your order.
- A product is considered delivered once download access is provided.
Delays & Issues
- In rare cases (payment verification, technical issues), delivery may be briefly delayed. If you paid but did not receive access, email us with your Order ID — this is covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy exceptions.
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address at checkout.
