Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all purchases on designs.jpsjewels.com, which sells downloadable jewellery CAD design files (digital products).
All Sales Are Final
- All design files sold on this website are non-refundable.
- Digital products are considered delivered the moment download access is provided after successful payment.
- Orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded after download access is provided, including for customer mistake, wrong selection, or change of mind.
Exceptions — When a Refund Will Be Provided
- A duplicate payment is received for the same order.
- Payment succeeds but the order/download is not generated due to a technical error.
- We are unable to deliver the purchased file.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Cancellations
- Because delivery is instant, cancellation after payment is generally not possible. Requests made before download access is used may be reviewed at the sole discretion of JPS Jewels.
How to Raise a Request
Email designs@jpsjewels.com with your Order ID and payment reference. We respond within 24–48 business hours.
