All major credit/debit cards, UPI and netbanking via our authorized payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.

Yes — we serve jewellery designers and manufacturers worldwide. Use the ₹/$ switcher in the header to view prices in USD. All payments are processed in INR (Indian Rupees); international cards are accepted and your bank converts the amount at its own rate. Since products are digital downloads, delivery is instant anywhere in the world.

Yes — payment is processed entirely on the payment gateway's secure PCI-DSS systems over HTTPS, and every order is verified server-side before your download is released.

Yes. A GST tax invoice is generated for every successful order and can be downloaded anytime from My Account.

Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your secure download link appears on the confirmation page, and the order is added to your account for re-download.

Refresh the payment status page after a minute, or check My Account. If the order still isn't confirmed, email designs@jpsjewels.com with your Order ID — payment-received-but-not-delivered cases are fully covered by our Refund Policy exceptions.

Yes — login to My Account and use the Download action on your order. Each order allows a limited number of downloads for security; contact us if you need a reset.

Digital design files are non-refundable once download access is provided — including for change of mind or wrong selection. Refunds are made only for duplicate payments, technical failures where no order is generated, or non-delivery. Full details: Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Use it for your own jewellery production — casting, manufacturing, and selling the physical jewellery made from it. You may not resell, share, redistribute or re-license the CAD file itself. See Terms & Conditions.

All designs are original work and intellectual property of JPS Jewels unless expressly transferred in writing. Purchase grants a production-use license, not IP ownership.

No — guest checkout works. But an account (free) gives you order history, re-downloads and invoices in one place. If you checkout as a guest and register later with the same email, your orders appear automatically.
